2025.03.27-first-live-in-5.5-months-post-transcript.txt https://www.instagram.com/p/DHuTAShS0SF/ ======================================================= Hello, hello everybody. Well, it has been a while since we've done a live. Oh, I'd say I think our last live was October 10th last year, and, uh, back then we were getting about, oh, I don't know, 500, 400, 500 people on a live, so it's been a while, so we'll just see how long it takes for people to join in here. I haven't been doing lives for a couple of reasons. Rocket vs Zuma. Yeah, it's been an interesting few months. It's actually been an interesting 16 months. And I don't want to harp on it too much right now, because we're here for the horses, not all this other stuff. So I'll just give it a minute for people to sign on. Yeah, five and a half months. Hey, there's my sister. What's up, Julie? Seeing a lot of familiar faces here. So the last live I think I did was when we castrated all the geldings, and Casper was having a tough time, so he was across the river. So that's the last live I did, and again, I think that was October 10th. So here we are now. It's March 27th, the next year, and just a little housekeeping real quick, then we'll get to the horses. On March 19th, I filed a notice of civil claim against seven people, identified people, in British Columbia, in the U.S., and over in Europe, for, as a, with a civil conspiracy defamation case. I tried to ignore it for months and months, and then it started becoming damaging, and the accusations were just so bad, dragging my family into it, dragging the ranch into it. So, I had to pull the trigger. It took months to pull together. It's a 29-page document just chock full of nasty, disgusting, vile accusations and defaming statements made about myself and family. So we're handlin' it classically with attorneys, and I'm not here to throw any names around, but you know, there's moles out there. They'll see this live, and that's fine. But, uh, we've been trying to serve several people for the last week, and they're hiding in their house and not coming to the door. It's really entertaining. It's actually really childish. The whole thing's childish, but turn the other cheek a couple times. It's time to play ball. So we'll get into that later when I can speak more about it. uhm, it is what it is, right? Light and evil. Light and evil. So, that's underway. We're eight days into it, and I'll keep you guys posted. Its..I'm hoping it just goes away 'cause what's in that notice of civil claim is so damaging. There's no way to defend those accusations because they're just pure out, straight up lies. So you're going to go down in flames if you try to raise ruckus and defend those. The best thing to do is just honor the cover page and do what it's requested, and we just go on from there. So anyhow, we appreciate all your patience, and there's a lot of reasons why I haven't been doing lives. One is because defamers have been, uhm, taking screenshots and snaps of different things going on and trying to turn them against us, making it look like there's abuse, different things going on like that. So it was just simpler and easier just to cease the lives and the vulnerability there, uhm, because it was just fuelin' the fire, fuelin' the fire. It's a strange world now. Social media is such a great platform 'cause it lets us do things like this and share things like this with people worldwide, but it also gives haters and defamers and disgruntled people a platform to really exercise meanness and damage on people. And there's been people that have committed suicide over things like this. There's actually three operations down in the U.S., horse operations, that have filed defamation suits themselves. One being Don Olivieri, uhm, Moon Mountain Sanctuary. Another one's All Seated in the Barn, and there's another one too where a girl almost committed suicide over the stress levels that she was experiencing from being accused of things. And they have over a million followers on Facebook. And it's just nuts, right? So we're doing our part. Unfortunately, it's uh, probably going to get uglier before it gets better. But we'll, we'll weather it. And yep, Colby's crew. That's somebody, my sister just said, Colby's crew. Yeah. Uhm, so that's four operations that have gotten to the point where they've had to file civil suits against people and against other haters for the exact same kind of thing. So yeah, it's nuts. So we're dealing with it our way. Uhm, you know, I've never slung names around. I've actually fished details out of people with certain posts just to see who's watching and to see what they'll do with it. So, thanks for taking the bait on that, ha ha ha, even as recently as this week. A lot of sophistication, I'll just say a lot of sophistication goes into filing a suit like this. This is no dum-dum maneuver. There's no clumsy action. It costs tens of thousands of dollars. I mean, it's ridiculous. You know, you're dealing with up to $40,000 now just to, just to hire the law firm to handle this. And that's all money that could go to the operation, the horses, everything, all the good stuff, right? No horsey raised funds went to that, but that's funds that could have gone to that. So it's nuts, nuts, nuts, nuts. So thanks for your patience. Here we are again, five and a half months later. So what you're looking at is sunrise and all his grown yearlings.
